WRITING STYLE.☆ I rarely ever do one-liners or short threads unless it's crack of some kind or for whatever reason we want to do a rapid-fire thread. Most of the time, I write literate threads with a plot. If this is not your writing style, I will probably not be interested in writing with you.
☆ I also value writing > aesthetics, if that's not clear from my blog. To be honest, I am generally turned away by people who spend so much time on formatting/flowery prose that their threads never get past 2-3 notes. If that is you, I probably will not follow.THEMES, TRIGGERS, LIMITS.☆ Possible themes on this blog include war, genocide, slavery, mental illness, violence, emotional/physical abuse, etc. None of it is taken lightly. I tag most general triggers (e.g. guns tw, violence tw, gore tw, etc).
☆ I have so far had a few unfortunate encounters in which people think it is okay to joke about Anakin and slavery. I will unfollow for this. If you think the horrors of slavery are OK to joke about then clearly we come from very different universes. I kindly ask you to educate yourself before you follow me.

☆ I prefer to write anything nsfw (including highly graphic violent or sexual content) on Discord. Nothing wrong with these things, just makes me uncomfortable that I cannot keep minors from seeing these things on the dash. I am friendly to writing most kinks as long as they make sense in-character. Just nothing related to age regression or bathroom play, please.

☆ For clarification, I do not headcanon master/padawan relations as familial. They can become that, but they aren’t that by nature. There is no textual evidence for this. You can ask me more about my headcanons if you’d like, but generally, I do not headcanon that padawans live with their masters in the form of a Western nuclear family. Younglings/Padawans spend their formative years with others of their age, generally in dormitories, classes, etc. and they are taken care of by nanny droids, mostly. I clarify this because there will be Obi-Wan/Anakin content on my blog and I am not going to call anyone out over master/(former) Padawan ships. If you are uncomfortable with them, that’s on you, but do not pull me into discourse of any kind.

ANAKIN SKYWALKER. Depending on the day, everyone who has met Anakin has had something different to say. Those close to him will undoubtedly speak of him as “passionate, fearless, and forthright,” speaking to his willingness to do just about anything for those he loves or any cause he believes in—on many occasions to his detriment. Fear and love, rage & hope, propel him forward, despite his unwillingness to open himself up and address their profundity. The aftermath of his unwillingness, of permitting himself to be caught up in the tide of his own heart has often been as heroic as it has had catastrophic results.
He has a simplistic sense of morality, with minimal space for gray areas. All things are good or they are evil, and he cannot fathom that he might ever be on the wrong side of the equation. He will go to any lengths to convince himself otherwise.
In his relationships, he is extremely loyal, loves deeply & intensely. Even as he demands constant affirmation from his loved ones, he is generous with his time, playful & humorous, and likes to make himself useful to others.
He is hardly ever modest and has a tendency to show off, even if often playfully. He is a skilled duelist, ace pilot, and brilliant programmer. In his free time as a padawan you might have been able to catch him stealing ships from the hangar, much to his master’s dismay. As a knight, he likes to spend his free time fixing ships, programming droids, and teaching younglings/padawans how to program and pilot.

DARTH VADER. Darth Vader is Anakin Skywalker, and Anakin Skywalker is Darth Vader, however much he might insist otherwise. Since he was young, compartmentalization has been key to his survival—old tricks for new challenges. In the same way that he buried any trace of his life as a slave in Tatooine after his initiation as a padawan, Darth Vader has forced himself to bury any trace that might exist of Anakin Skywalker.
